Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Quick, easy and simple

We used Admiral for ages for our cars but were reluctant to change our home because we had been with the same provider for years. However this year they increased their renewal so much and were so rude when we challenged this we thought we'd try Admiral. So easy to add to our current policy and best of all a great price. Easy to deal with

Convenient to renew, only reason would not recommend is that I believe people should make their own choice, although I might say positive things about providers. Admiral is a good home insurance provider, of that there is no doubt. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Great cover, competitive price

I like the way they keep in touch

I found Admiral from a comparison website, which is how I always choose providers. I found them competitively priced an offering a good service. The delight has been that that they monthly contact me with updates and offers. I feel as I really belong and could contact them whenever necessary. I haven't had to yet.
