Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Outstanding value and convenience by insuring everything in one

Admiral multi cover is amazing value and allows you to keep all your insurances under one roof. Our cars and our house insurance, and once our renewal comes we will be adding extra cover and breakdown cover so we can have more under one roof Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Excellent Service

Excellent customer service, always helpful on the phone. Easy to make changes to policy without cost. Always friendly and happy to help. I have been with them for 5 years for both home and car insurance and they always offer incentives to stay with them. Would recommend them to family and friends without question. Good service

Very impressed!

Great service

Had home insurance for many years and until last year had never had to make a claim. Then had to make 2 in one year, 1 storm damage, 1 accidental damage.
