Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

All done online without fuss

even though my insurance wasn't cheap overall but it was better priced than other companies and once I provided new documents I was given refunds and all done online without any fuss or long calls, I even went and bought a 2nd car and got even more discount then I added Home insurance so you can see how much I use this company and love it. 2 cars n a home. Excellent all round service!

Always easy to talk to someone if help is needed, useful online service as well. I am a key worker and admiral really supported during lockdowns and send helpful emails with much needed advice for all their customers.
