Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Fantastic service and value for money.

Brilliant customer service. I was able to renew my car insurance cheaper than other providers. They were helpful and considerate and when I added home insurance I got a further £50 off and it was even better value for money than the others that I researched. Well done Admiral. Excellent Service

It is great that I was able to combine my car and my home insurance. Making it easier to access and understand, but also getting a discount too. I was also able to add my partner on as well. I can access my account with no issues, and every time I’ve tried to contact it has been easy to get through and also speak to someone who can fully understand and support you. We have lined up everything!

It’s just so good to be able to have house contents, buildings and two cars all with the same insurer - and get a hefty discount to do so! Very friendly staff have helped me get all the policy dates to coincide, so this means an end to trying to remember what is insured where! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
