Great prizes but app needs work

Insurance made simple

Admiral have helped align two motor and our home insurance making easier to manage. Also gave amazing value due to multi car/policy discount. All claims experience has been positive and pleased to be a customer of a local company who treat their staff so well! Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Friend not foe

Easy self service which I recently used.. I added my son as a named driver on to my soft top .. never have I experienced something do utterly straight forward! I was shocked! I get regular emails from Admiral regarding extra products and also during COVID they refunded a couple of amounts as they knew car users were minimal. They gave me a really competitive quote via multi car insurance .. I truly can not recommend them enough which is hard to believe fir an Insurance company Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Great service and great values

I had a car insurance policy with admiral and the service agent offered me a very competitive quote to move to multi-cover and add my home insurance at its next renewal. The agent was knowledgeable, friendly and none of my questions seemed like too much trouble. I also like the company ethos…when covid struck and insurers were doing well out of the lack of drivers on the road, admiral seemed to be the first to return some of the profits to the customer base leading others in the industry to follow. Emergency Cover is useless

They subcontract out the emergency call-outs to a 3rd party who then subcontract to a local tradesman. It’s overly complicated and makes it quicker and less hassle to organise someone yourself. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
