Great customer service

Never had to wait long to speak to someone. Every time I ring up my query is resolved quickly. Their app is also incredible that I can make policy changes from my phone instantly. Really helped when I bought a new car during my policy Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Excellent customer service

Through the years I have been a loyal customer and I cannot find fault in the service provided. Through the pandemic received some money back as they acknowledged there was no where near the same amount of collisions on the road and my recent car and home insurance has went down. Fantastic year on year

I have had Admiral Multicover for a couple of years now, and every year at renewal time I give them a call and typically get a saving that makes them one of the cheapest.
