Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Good in all aspects

After searching online for a change of house insurance when my previous policy had hugely increased, I decided upon Admiral. The online form was straight forward and easy to understand and to choose my options of cover. I wanted to talk in person about the policy before purchase and found the person I spoke to to be friendly informative and not at all pushy. I was able to have the policy details sent to me in paper form and am very pleased with the cover I have purchased at a reasonable price. I will also be likely to take on car insurance with Admiral when it is next due. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Multi policy to save money

Admiral's website is easy to use. I saved money by having a multi policy with both my house and car insurance with them. It's easier to do it all through one company. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Does what it says on the tin...

When we insured with Admiral eleven months ago, the premium was c. £20 less than our previous insurers. They communicated well and their newsletters are well compiled and sent out at reasonable intervals. However, we have not made a claim for years and years, and the 'proof would be in the pudding' in the event of any claim. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023
