Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Don't Do It

Before you consider taking out insurance with these thieves....stop....put your debit card down. Don't believe their "animal friends" nicey nicey name/image...these guys will whatever they can to not pay you the money you're owed. My dog has been left lame and in pain for nearly 2 months while I've had two different claims denied. I've now just had to bite the bullet and pay for it myself. I've had insurance with them for 4 years and never claimed a penny. Then when I need them... guess what, they try to wriggle out of paying and couldn't care less about your pet. Best advice I can give you is to direct debit the money you would pay to them monthly into a savings account and further down the line if/when you need it you will have a pot of money to at least lessen the burden Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

The best care for my dog!

Animal friend's have been great with my dog Barney and his on-going health issues. It's nice to know that you can still have pet insurance for your dog even when they are getting old. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Animal Friends is the best.

Animal Friends insurance is the best because they offer a comprehensive newsletter all about your pet. It has torn me a lot about my dog that I did not know. And for that reason, I wound recommend 100 %. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Best pet insurance.

Animal friends give me peace of mind when I insure my two cats each year. They are both middle aged now and I may need them to have more frequent vet visits as they get older. Competitive price of insurance means I can still afford it! and Joii vet consult is available if required. A/F also make substantial animal charity donations. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

5 Star Insurance

I have always found Animal Friends to be a first class insurance for my dogs. All claims have been handled swiftly and professionally and using the portal, whereby my vet actually submits the claim on my behalf, takes a great deal of worry away and allows me to concentrate on caring for my sick pet. Amazing Company .Helpful, friendly patient who think nothing of going a step further to ensure I could keep my pet safely insured while I was going through a very difficult time, due to serious ill health, which made both our lives so much easier and happier.
