Great Pet Insurance

Animal Friends insurance to me is the best around, I really feel they have your pets health & interests at the core of their values. Especially love the added bonus of the Joii Pet Care app that you get with the policy, I thankfully have only had to use this service once before and was a quick and easy diagnosis with one of the lovely vets they have on call. Lovely service always feel like they really care for your pet

My dog Cali needed an operation for her eyes and it was easy to claim they talked to my vets to agree on the claim then paid me quickly for her treatment. It really felt like they cared when I spoke to advisors on the phone. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Good service, high prices

Lovely and simple

Joining animal friends was so easy and we love the joii app that's part of it. There's varying options to suit your needs in terms of the level and type of cover you're looking for. We've not needed to claim anything with the insurance but we have used the joii app for advice a couple of times when our pooch has been unwell and the vets we've dealt with via the video call were amazing.
