Don't Do It

Before you consider taking out insurance with these thieves....stop....put your debit card down. Don't believe their "animal friends" nicey nicey name/image...these guys will whatever they can to not pay you the money you're owed. My dog has been left lame and in pain for nearly 2 months while I've had two different claims denied. I've now just had to bite the bullet and pay for it myself. I've had insurance with them for 4 years and never claimed a penny. Then when I need them... guess what, they try to wriggle out of paying and couldn't care less about your pet. Best advice I can give you is to direct debit the money you would pay to them monthly into a savings account and further down the line if/when you need it you will have a pot of money to at least lessen the burden Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

Great Price and Service

I've insured my pets through many companies but for the last 2 years I've used Animal Friends. They have been great at responding to our questions and the 1 claim we had to submit. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Great value even for senior pets

When looking to insure our cats we were amazed at some of the prices quoted for our older girl. She’s 11 but healthy. Only vet visits have been for spaying and vaccinations. Animal friends quote was only slightly above the quote for the 4 year old but with a small excess. We have 24 hour live vet calls included which is great and was really helpful during lockdown. Paws 4 thought.

A monthly prium for my Cockerpoo is £12.15. For me, it's worth every penny. I've needed Veterinary Care on several occasions and Animal Friends have been there to pick up the bill, apart from the excess. I wouldn't be without Animal Friends as they take away the worry of Vets bills and they are quick to settle the bills too. I recommend you try them, Reviewed on: 9th September 2021
