Don't Do It

Before you consider taking out insurance with these thieves....stop....put your debit card down. Don't believe their "animal friends" nicey nicey name/image...these guys will whatever they can to not pay you the money you're owed. My dog has been left lame and in pain for nearly 2 months while I've had two different claims denied. I've now just had to bite the bullet and pay for it myself. I've had insurance with them for 4 years and never claimed a penny. Then when I need them... guess what, they try to wriggle out of paying and couldn't care less about your pet. Best advice I can give you is to direct debit the money you would pay to them monthly into a savings account and further down the line if/when you need it you will have a pot of money to at least lessen the burden Reviewed on: 2nd March 2021

In good hands

We have been with animal friends for at least 9 years. The one time we had a claim, for an operation on my labrador, everything was so straight forward and the insurance was sent straight to our vet within a few days .no hassle,or questions just excellent service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Friendly and efficient

Even during lockdown I have been delighted with the Customer Service I've received from Animal Friends. I've been able to get straight through to talk to someone, without having to wait in an interminable queue ( as I've had to with so many service providers). Once through, Animal Friends staff are helpful, friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable....all you would hope for really! Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Best Service

The best part of the service is the Joii app, I’ve used it several times and the vets are so helpful and really lovely - plus they do out of hours. The customer service is brilliant too - friendly advisors and a very quick and simple claim service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Excellent Company

Very good company dealt with the claim for my other cat (who died) efficiently and quicky. Dealt direct with vet and everything sorted. So now have my present cat insured with them. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Very helpful!
