Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Animal Freinds

Animal Friends were there when we needed them most

Animal Friends were there when we needed them most. Last Christmas, when my vet was closed for the festive season, my dog collapsed, one evening. I was very thankful for the benefit that Animal Friends offers, to connect up with a real vet, through their partners, Joii Pet Care. This was very quick, with little waiting. The vet was really great and looked at my dog through the screen to make an assessment and gave advice. I subsequently took my dog to the emergency vet, where he was seen. Thank you Animal Friends, I know that you are one of the only pet insurers who partner with vets who can provide this type of virtual service to pet owners. The subsequent insurance claim was straightforward and quick. I'll definitely be staying with Animal Friends! Reviewed on: 5th August 2023

Easy to deal with

I’ve made a couple of claims over the years. First vet practice didn’t deal directly with AF, paper work was easy, my current vet practice does all the paperwork so even simpler. Paid out promptly both times. I understand premiums increase annually but they have increased quite a bit the last 2 years, still the peace of mind is worth it. Reviewed on: 5th August 2023

Great Reliable Insurers

I've been using Animal Friends for 4 1/2 years now. They have saved me thousands over the years. Never had any issues with paying out. Only 2 slight issues I have, but hasn't become a big problem. Simple claims process

Claim for ongoing skin condition paid quickly every month. Most competitive policy price and lovely staff. Would recommend Animal Friends without hesitation. This is the second pet we have insured with this company. Reviewed on: 5th August 2023
