Highly recommend Aviva for car insurance.

I've purchased 2 separate car insurance policies and the experience was excellent and the prices were too. I haven't needed to contact them for anything else yet but I'm sure if I did that would be excellent as well. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Great policy

Was very easy and reasonable policy. Switched from my long time provider due to cost and been very happy with them so far. All documents are online which is very convenient and I got discount through work which was fantastic savings too. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024

Aviva Car insurance - customer service needs addressing

Car insurance with Aviva was easy to sign up to, however when a third party hit my parked car and I had no way of tracking them as the cctv showed the car speeding but can't read the car reg number. I had to chase Aviva to claim the damage, each step I had to follow up as not had updates. Eventually all dealt with and my 9yrs no claims bonus affected, down to 3yrs - when I was not in the vehicle (parked vehicle) the customer advisers were arrogant and unhelpful. Was stressful as my car was a right off and now my insurance will be impacted for 5yrs or so! Aviva company seems to be great however the agents handling claims need further training and compassion!
