Aviva car insurance policy change

When switching cars, it was really easy to move my policy over to my new vehicle and the customer service assistance was polite and patient on the phone when explaining the process. The policy premium, however, did increase substantially and there was a lack of information on what factors had caused the rise - there could certainly be more transparency in that respect.
