Me and my partner had our first baby 9 weeks early, am off work unpaid leave , called up before the payment was due to let them no , to be told they couldn’t do anything until I paid 6 months payments, I think this is shocking, paying for service and a company can’t help you out! Shitt company Aviva insurence AVOID

The most miserable Aviva insurance avoid it completely, completely avoid the biggest incompetents and ordinary jerks, avoid dealing with them, they actually humiliate you when it comes to the claim. They are the biggest bastards on this earth!!! I call your Aviva insurance number and you don't even bother to answer. Markerstudy emailed you countless times, called you countless times and you don't answer. I have never met insensitive and stupid people like you in my life. God forbid we'll see you in court. LIARS AND SCAMMERS

High premium life insurance because smoker. After 1 year non smoking want to change for a cheaper one. the agent said, they just now changed their policy, maybe you can get after 3 to 5 years non smoking. Find out on the Web, The changes was in 2013 ( I made mine in 2020), So a big money throw out window. SHAME. AVOID. LIARS AND SCAMMERS Reviewed on: 4th September 2022

Expensive for what it is worth

Customer service and quotations

Very slow to respond causing quotations to expire before clarification received. Misleading quotations - The quoted "Investment Premium" is misrepresented because Aviva clarified that it is actually commission. The figures quoted as Premium include both the life cover element and any investment element. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021
