No issues

I have been with the Bank of Scotland for many years. I have never had any problems and have always found their customer service to be excellent in branch and over the phone. Reviewed on: 18th January 2020

Great friendly bank

This has been a great experience. I was really struggling financially and was able to get back on track with the help of Bank of Scotland, They initially provided me with a basic account when I had none, then after time allowing me to upgrade to a classic account. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

good product

Fees are too much

I have a platinum account and the fees are too much. It started out at £12 per month and now it is £17 per month. Reviewed on: 13th June 2018

Great service

Force to automation

Sadly like other banks they do not like you interacting with a staff member any more and prefer you to use the dreadful automated machines that keep breaking down Reviewed on: 8th February 2018

No Issues Really

As the title says, pretty run of the mill, the queue times for call support can be a bit long but the issues do tend to be resolved if they crop up. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2018
