Payment Notification never works

Dumb mobile app. Never give me spending notification liked the other services provider. Feel liked very insecure, I am moving all schedule payment to other cards and will freeze this card. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Great Credit Card

Easily accepted and provides cashback on selected purchases. Easy to use and understand application. Great for credit building. Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

Not good

Using for months and i have noticed the account holder name is showing someone else’s name and i have contacted the customer care team several time and been to the bank as well… nothing happened and said it is not a technical issue… so I have paid all the balances and stopped using it Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Not as expected

I am a bit disappointed with Barclayscard as I always pay my bills on time got a average salary but still the credit limit never increases. Reviewed on: 27th June 2022

Easy to manage

Not good service, unavailable support

I paid interest many times unnecessarily, because the day when the free interest turns changes every month. It's also impossible to do a chargeback because I need to mail the evidence by post. I mean they can't receive it by email and there's no one I can talk to. Rubbish service Reviewed on: 4th January 2022
