No complaints

I haven't had a bad experience with Barclacycard, but I haven't yet had any need to liaise with their customer services about anything. That is where you really find out what a company is like. The online banking works well and is user-friendly. Barclaycard also offer regular balance transfer deals to existing customers. No plans to move to a different provider any time soon. Easy and Simple

Really good product and easy application. Nice card as well. But the integration with other services such as GPay or APay could be better and would make it more usable daily. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

The only card you need

Difficult to contact

I cannot pay on line with my new Barclaycard and even though I have spoken to them after a very lengthy wait to get through it is still not sorted. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Pestered in the post

Had credit card number of years ago, was advised in order to close would have to go into high street branch (which is nowhere near me) so I left the card with 0 balance. Every few weeks would receive junk mail with offers of new cards and better rates which i had no interest in. eventually managed to close via app very recently which ended up being so easy and simple.
