I could to use credit card only month and card suspe... I could to use credit card only month and card suspended, why i don't know because i used only about 60%. In future I'll refuse Barcklay service. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Cashback reduction

I used the card for four years having got it for the market leading 2% cashback at the time - despite having to use amex. over the years they've eroded that rate and they're now telling me i'm at 0.5% so i'm jumping ship. It's a shame because the app is really nice and managing the account has mostly been a breeze, but without any benefits, i'll balance transfer to a 0% card and at least get the benefit of not having to pay it. Unhelpful staff and high charges

Dispute resolved

An unauthorised 3rd party charged my credit card by £70. I raised this with Barclaycard and they sorted it straight away. The service was second to none. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023
