Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

User Friendly App

I have found the app very easy to use and navigate through the pages. I was initially told about the app a few years ago by a Barclays staff. Although I was initially reluctant, I downloaded the app and its been the best decision I have made. highly recommended Reviewed on: 23rd December 2018

Amazing

The app is amazing and the customer service is on point. My favourite feature us being able to call the bank from a link inside the barclays app which allows me to skip all of the identification questions! Reviewed on: 23rd December 2018

Best bank by far!

Amazing bank

Simple, efficient and leading technology

I have multiple products with Barclays and my main banking relationship, I find the service impeccable. Barclays are extremely efficient, the mobile banking app is market leading. The app is a true banking companion, it offers seamless service between conducting transactions, enhanced information and control to direct call and automatic authentication. It is a central repositiory for my relationship with Barclays and I can do everything on the app which means I don’t need to call for assistance, Barclays also contact me periodically to ensure I’m satisfied which shows their caring and responsible nature.
