Very poor and uneducated

Now, they employ rude agents and couldn't care less about their customers. Today I rang 3 times and spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to resolve an error that they caused. The first guy was rude and couldnt care less, the second lady hung up on me after 20 minutes of explaining the issue and the third call was over 90 minutes long and it was like talking to a brick wall! They refused to raise a complaint, as they do not believe it was their fault. Point blank refused to escalate it for investigation. As a result I am overdrawn, stressed and currently.looking to move all our accounts to another bank. What has happened Barclays? Reviewed on: 28th December 2023

I won’t bank with them until they stop investing in and loaning to weapons companies that support Israeli Apartheid, occupation and the genocide in Gaza. Barclays must en all financial ties with companies supplying weapons and military technology to Israel which are used in its assault on Palestinians. Reviewed on: 18th December 2023
