The bank looks nice - shame about their approach to people

Every time we go into Barclays all they seem to do is push you to go on line. Sometime they seem overwhelmed with people not knowing what to do or where to go. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Over 10 years with Barclays!

I have been with Barclays since I was 15 years of age and they have always been helpful dealing with lost cards, fraud and extra information about my accounts. Even when I’m in urgent need of a bank card it’s easily accessible providing I can get to branch. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

poor and getting worse

Been with Barclays for 40 years but finally had enough of poor service, poor rates and poor customer support. Branches have shut, savings rates dire and overall for a bank raking in billions it needs to up its game. I finally gave up for one of the very many better banks out there now. Not interested

Lost my company, earnings and went bankrupt last year due to covid. Try getting some help from Barclays but none came. Been with them for over 20 years and didn't have the decency to return my calls Reviewed on: 1st April 2023

Good but has room for improvement

Having been with Barclays for roughly 7 years, I've had a fair few issues between rejected payments and somewhat ineffective customer service, but as a bank account for general use it's not bad at all. The app and online banking are easy and intuitive. Staff are kind and helpful in person. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023
