Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Loan

I applied for and got a loan from Barclays and they added interest payments that were wrong.. I continued paying the overpayment for years until I realised it was wrong I eventually got a settlement from them but only after I threatened to go to the ombudsman! Reviewed on: 7th June 2017

Great Bank to be with

App hasnt been working for months!
