Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Would never change

Efficient, reliable service.

Reliable bank

I have been their customer for a decade now, it is average bank when it comes to interest rate deals, but I kind of feel safe, as customer and banking service is on high level. Faultless service.

I have never had an issue with Barclays in over 11 years. On a few occasions, I have had a card cloned or suspicious activity on my account and it was dealt with before I knew about it which saved stress and hassle. Reviewed on: 7th April 2017
