Banking with barclays for 15 years no problem

Banking with barclays for 15 years no problem and feel safe and I belive they have very good security Reviewed on: 1st February 2023

Barclays are closing too many branches.

Barclays are closing too many branches. I had to travel 15 miles to deposit a cheque and when I got to the main branch there was no desk service available. Just one employee telling everyone to use the automated machines on the ground floor. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Very bad customer service makes me leave Barclays

Customer for over 25 years and the one time I got scammed they let me down and wouldn't help. Very, very disappointed and I'll be closing my accounts with them at the end of March. Really poor customer service, they were very chaotic, not adding things to the complaint, loosing a signed for letter I'd sent with evidence and the last person I've dealt with was incredibly disinterested and dismissive and the one who closed the complaint. Got a fee free current account.

Just the best bank.

Just the best bank. I have a lot of difficulties in my life and they are so on point having it all on record so anyone speaking to me is aware which makes me feel so comfortable when contacting about ever and anything. Highly recommend Reviewed on: 26th February 2025
