Mortgage Help And Advise

After being with Bath Building Society for nearly 10 years, I was looking to move to a new property and sorted out advise from Bath B/S about keeping my business with them regardless on how competitive some lenders are at this present time ( cheapest isn't always the best ) After talking it throw with Ian Birch from Bath B/S , his great help made and advise made the hole process so easy to deal with and one major plus I must say at any one time I needed to contact him regarding the new mortgage he was always there to help and got back to you promptly . Helpful and friendly service

Excellent service from start to finish from all members of staff that we dealt with.

We have recently taken out a 'buy for university' mortgage with Bath BS. From start to finish, all of your staff have been absolutely excellent but a particular shout out to Ian Birch, Rebekka and Jalani (the latter, both in the mortgage admin team). Our application was not that straightforward and under short timescales but the support of your staff could not have been better. I'm also aware that there were many staff that I did not engage directly with that supported our application. Reviewed on: 29th September 2023

Fantastic service through unique circumstances

We took out a stage release mortgage with Bath to finance our housebuild. Communication was quick and clear throughout, particularly at the end of the build stage as the mortgage switched to a different product and everyone we dealt with at Bath was supportive and professional in helping us to source the best deal.
