Mortgage Help And Advise

After being with Bath Building Society for nearly 10 years, I was looking to move to a new property and sorted out advise from Bath B/S about keeping my business with them regardless on how competitive some lenders are at this present time ( cheapest isn't always the best ) After talking it throw with Ian Birch from Bath B/S , his great help made and advise made the hole process so easy to deal with and one major plus I must say at any one time I needed to contact him regarding the new mortgage he was always there to help and got back to you promptly . Tim Randall is an absolute credit to the organisation

Tim helped us with securing a mortgage, in quite complex and trying circumstances,. His communication, diligence, professionalism, and kindness made a very difficult time much easier. Bath Building Society gave us a break

We have had 3 mortgages with Bath Building Society over the last 35 years and are now mortgage free. They were the only company who would listen to us when buying our first home and won’t forget that they trusted us and provided us with that first rudder to the housing market. Clear and efficient communication

Superb customer service! Thank you!

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten!
