Bath Building Society: Buy for Uni Mortgage

My son took out a Buy for Uni mortgage with Bath and we worked with Ian Birch as our advisor, and he was excellent: very helpful and thorough at every step of the process and very responsive to our queries. The wider mortgage process team also very good and timely in responses. East to contact and Great service

Buy for uni mortgage

We completed an online enquiry form regarding the student mortgage. Tim Randall contacted us really quickly and arranged an interview . In that session he explained in detail all about the mortgage and how it worked and what was required. This was extremely useful and it encouraged us to go ahead. Tim kept in contact with us throughout the whole process, even when we had additional questions . He worked with the Bath team to address any open questions and updated us promptly. Tim was super quick at relying to our emails and was a great advocate for Bath Building Society, professional and thorough. He was happy to answer even small questions we had.
