Superb customer service! Thank you!

I've had a mortgage with Bath building society for 15 years . I was made redundant just before Christmas 2011 and was out of work for 3 whole months and couldn't pay the mortgage. When I contacted Bath they were very decent about it and when I did find another job they were flexible about the repayments. Above all they didn't make me feel humiliated like I was begging which I couldn't say for my own bank or other providers. Well done Bath and thank you, your kindness was not forgotten! Tim Randall is an absolute credit to the organisation

Tim helped us with securing a mortgage, in quite complex and trying circumstances,. His communication, diligence, professionalism, and kindness made a very difficult time much easier. I genuinely think that other agents might have given up on us, but Tim drove the process to completion. Really can't thank him enough. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024

Bath Building Society gave us a break

We have had 3 mortgages with Bath Building Society over the last 35 years and are now mortgage free. They were the only company who would listen to us when buying our first home and won’t forget that they trusted us and provided us with that first rudder to the housing market. Clear and efficient communication
