I have been a borrower now for some 21 years. The Society have helped me in every step of my home ownership-Their values are traditional and they havethe utmost intregrity, you can rely on them, they are genuinely people who care about their clients. New Mortgage rate swap!

My Buy to let mortgage was coming to the end of its fixed period and Bath were very quick in contacting me, helping me select a new product and implemented this very quickly so that I could benefit from the better rate as soon as possible! Great service. Reviewed on: 25th June 2025

Great Service

Very happy with mortgage application process and service from Tim (mortgage advisor). Competitive rate and advised of an alternative cheaper product that met my needs. Only negative was the old fashioned paper application form. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2025
