Staff are extremely helpful and explain products clearly. Bath Building society provides a variety of useful accounts . Face to face is very important to the older generation, it would be very useful for us to place only into bonds more than once a year. Reviewed on: 28th May 2025

Using a Power of Attorney to open an account

I opened an account for my mother under a Power of Attorney. The staff in your Wood Street branch were excellent as this transaction was more complicated than usual. They were very welcoming and very helpful. Reviewed on: 14th May 2025
