Difficult Years

There was a time I would have filled in all the gold stars ! I have always stuck with BBS because I believed in their interest in the local community, However I have been affected and disappointed in the "disposal" of the letting agency. I have never been one to chase the highest interest % for savings, believing I was playing a small part in helping local economy and maybe local first time buyers; Bath is very expensive. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic I have registered for on line access in case I needed funds, had a few teething problems but all in the name of security and help was at hand, thank you. Not sure if I will be leaving all the funds in the Instant Access ISA at new lower rate. Sorry! Reviewed on: 4th June 2020

New Customer

I recently switched to Bath Building Society as my original mortgage was with Northern Rock. It was then passed over to a recoveries agency which felt like they had no customer relation skills. Being with Bath Building Society is a breath of fresh air, even during these uncertain times whenever I have called or emailed my query/question/advice gets rapidly answered. Quietly professional

Real people who do what they say they are going to do

I love how when I call I get a real person. And if someone says x will call you back after 2pm, x does. And if someone says I will send you an email, or something in the post, they do. And all very professionally, and sounding like they're happy in their work and pleased to talk to me, rather than the 'pulling teeth' experience, or faceless voids I get with other organisations/mortgage providers.
