Local & friendly

My wife & I along with my daughter & her husband have been members for many years. Whenever we go into the Moorland Road branch it's like visiting family, so welcoming/friendly & helpful. We are always made to feel special. The Moorland Road branch office is so easy to access, without the need to go into the city centre & hopefully will remain open providing easy access for all members in the south side of Bath & beyond. What friendly and efficient people Bath Building Society are.

It is always a pleasure to go into the branch where the staff consistently do their utmost to help, and are very helpful when asked about online queries too. The Annual General Meeting is excellent and its great to meet all the people who make Bath Building Society what it is. There is nothing to be done to make the experience better for me. Always there service.

My slightly higher interest postal account could have easlily caused me some inconvenience during the current health crisis, but any requests I have made of staff, have been promptly dealt with and immediately arranged. Friendly Bath Building Society

I’ve dealt with BBS personally and professionally for many many years and have always found all the staff on branches and head office really friendly and helpful.
