I like the idea that BIBS is a local firm that engages with the community in my home town. I like having a local branch (Moorland Rd) that is easy to visit and has staff who have always been friendly and helpful ... and I like the fact that I have been able to open a savings account for my (Bath-resident) grandson again with a local firm that I trust to continue well into the future.
