I am very happy with yourselves but I think you should be aware that it is not easy to have documents certified by banks. Some will only certify their own documents and it took me three visits to gain two certifications. Reviewed on: 18th October 2025

Local and convenient!

I opened a Fixed Rate Bond and was served by Jane. I like Bath Building Society because it is local and convenient. I also like the staff who are friendly and helpful. Nice to visit a local branch

I visited the Oldfield Park branch to open an account for my mother and register myself as the power of attorney. I saw Gemma who made the whole process stress free and straightforward.
