All good, like that someone answers the phone quickly and knows what they're talking about, are polite, friendly and helpful. Also, that things are done quickly and efficiently, even by post. Very importantly, no only internet managed! I don't do internet banking, so Bath and other building societies are great!. Reviewed on: 9th May 2024

You were brilliant. You are not a bank? It was a Building Society (in West Drayton) that put us on the housing ladder where we were very hard off, and are hoping that we are now helping others who are currently in difficulties. Suggestion - a move nearer tho the bus station as there is limited mobility at 88. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024
