Friendly in branch service

Initially problematic, now good

Initially I received a letter saying I had been rejected for this account, and after calling I found this not to be the case. This caused a degree of confusion and anxiety for me which is not what banking should be about. I have been happy with this account as it offers a good overdraft with fair terms and conditions, and is the only account of its type that is fee-free, as far as I am aware. Since then I have got on well with Nationwide and I have had no other issues, having banked with them since birth. I would recommend this account due to its fee-free options and I have overall had a good experience with Nationwide. Their app is useful and I find their staff very helpful. Excellent banking
