Fantastic staff who are knowledgeable and friendly .

I have been a capital credit union member for 25 years and without exception every contact I have had with them has been so punctual professional and supportive .They answer the phone and explain my options when discussing a possible loan or recently when I wanted advice on ISA as had never taken out an ISA.They process applications really promptly and keep you updated on progress.For me thee most important feature is how brilliant there staff are - so friendly and approachable.
