Banking Made Easy at Capital Credit Union

I’ve been a member of Capital Credit Union for several years now, and my experience has been consistently positive. From the start, I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were—whether I was opening an account, applying for a loan, or just asking questions. Their online banking system is user-friendly and makes managing my finances really convenient. I’ve also taken out an auto loan through them, and the process was smooth with competitive rates. What stands out most is how they treat me like a person, not just an account number. They really make an effort to support the local community, too, which I value. Ethical, good value and accessible

The process of applying for a loan was straightforward and approval was fairly quick. The advisor was friendly and helpful. I also save with CCU and have taken advantage of the member death benefits plan, which is very good value for money. I have since recommended CCU to family and friends. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Great Service

The process of taking a loan was easy and I was very well informed by customer service on how everything would work. Customer service advisors are always incredibly helpful and friendly.
