Simple and useful account

I've used quite a few online banks and have found Chase to be my choice. No charges to have a card. Easy app to use, although I don't like the way it displays the balance. Overall hassle free. Cashback on purchases is the icing on the cake. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Easy Banking.

I have held accounts with Chase for the past 5 years. I have various savings pots and a credit card in addition to my current account. Everything is so easy to manage via the app based system. Regular offers are made available which I usually take advantage of e.g. increased savings rates, introduce a friend incentives. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Great Current Account

I've had this account for my main spending for a couple of years now, opened back when you got 1% cashback on every debit card transaction. It's disappointing that cashback is now limited to groceries, fuel and travel, but that's still pretty good, particularly as there are no monthly fees. The app is easy to use, and on the odd occasion I've needed customer services they have been great. The interest rate has dropped on the savings accounts, but still worth having for setting some money aside. I have recommended Chase to friends and family, and will continue to do so as the savings rate for new customers is good, even though this doesn't benefit me personally! Loved this account

Loved this account for its round up feature, 1% cash back and interest rate deals for new customers. Bonus perks of free spending abroad are very handy too. I only stopped using the account due to the change in what spending qualifies for cash back as other accounts offer more coverage, however still love the account to feel confident while travelling. Excellent Customer service.

When my card was used fraudulently chase were very quick to issue a refund of the value taken and also changed my card details. I didn't even have to wait for a new card in the post as it can all be done electronically. They are always available at the end of the phone and always very helpful Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
