Amazon payments often declined. They have an issue with Amazon. Which they are trying to fix. However customer service is quick to blame the customer until complaints team step in when they tell you there are issues. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Easy to use, quick response from advisors.

I really like the Chase App, it's very intuitive and easy to use. I like that you can 'chat' with an advisor 24/7 and have found they always get back to me very quickly. They have been helpful in resolving issues with transactions. You used to get 1% cashback on overseas spending. I travel a lot so I'm disappointed that they've stopped this. It's also a bit inconvenient that they have increased the amount you have to pay into the account each month to be eligible for the cashback. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
