A Polish lorry hit my car

When a Polish lorry hit my car, Churchill took over and my car was repaired to an excellent standard. Also they provided a courtesy car. They kept me informed and eventually they received the money from the Polish company, I did nothing at all. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

foreign customer call centres

No Reward for Loyalty

Every year there is at least £200 of a difference between renewal quote and price on comparison website, also from Churchill. Every year I have to phone them to be told they will match it. It's annoying Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

As a result of damage in a supermarket car park I co...

As a result of damage in a supermarket car park I contacted Churchill for repairs. I was told I couldn't have a courtesy car for 3 weeks - they don't have enough. Could I pay more and upgrade my replacement car? - NO. 5 weeks after the incident I'm still waiting. Calls are unanswered, promised return calls are not made. Their app in useless. AVOID it's the worst service I have ever had. My home insurance is also with Churchill - but not for long. Reviewed on: 25th August 2025

Avoid at all costs

They lose evidence, don’t call back unless you put in a complaint, drag out claims even if they’re cut and dry. I’ve had one claim with CCTV footage (which they lost) drag out for four years. And another claim drag out for two years with no end in sight. Reviewed on: 4th August 2025
