Terrible experience

Someone ran into me, my first accident in over 15 years. It's been headache since the start, trying get through on line sat for 40 minutes only to be cut off another 30 minutes on hold. Eventually spoke to some one. But wasn't that simple I had to get my car off the drive so I could take My courtesy car, but told had wait 2 weeks for doneobe to collect it, rang and rang and after phone calls a car transporter collected it. Finally got it back only to find knocking on the side that was hit. Called Churchill who tried to contact the garage but couldn't get through and told me the number and I would have to keep trying to contact them Returned to garage who informed me there was a issue but who would have to wait several days to see if they were willing to pay for the repair. I've contacted Churchill several times even complained but no one has got back to me. Reviewed on: 24th July 2023

Diabolical increase in car insurance premiums

Churchill have given me a price for this year's car insurance..a rise of over 55%. I have read that premiums generally have increased but the average is 22%....still a lot but a bit more affordable. I feel that they are taking an unfair advantage of the cost of living increase and see it as an opportunity to profiteer. I will be shopping around!! Paid for insurance on Saturday its now Friday, my online account doesn't show the policy! they have been trying to get there tech expert to repair this for 5 days now! no updates i just have to constantly call and get fobbed off! Reviewed on: 23rd June 2023

Churchill has had mu claim for over year they are too slow, Dont listen to you or respect your views Never tell or keep you up date you askfir mgr the will ignore you you complain they will send you letter with final letter after 3mths to right ombudsman they will block your letter to CEO, Worst insurance company in 35 yrs of driving its shame.. Churchill is money greed

I’ve had my car insurance with Churchill more than two year they keep increasing the price by £234 evan I Ihave not make a single claims or no motoring convictions I’ve got 29 yrs of experience plus 29 yrs no claims bonus they given me 4 yrs discount for the no claims bonus maximum I’m very disappointed their Costomer advisor was very rude! I’ve ask her why is your company keeps increasing the price she replied it’s the underwriter who’s increasing the premium she’s not helpful she just hang up on my call 0 star extremely poor service with no gratitude or Costomer care avoid Churchill money greed!! Worst insurance

Worst insurance I've had. I've been with them for 6 years. 10 days ago my car was wrecked by a van. Churchill does not provide a courtesy car. I need a car to take my daughter to school and go to work. Churchill, based on the photos I sent, states that the car will be written off. The engineers will let me know on July 4, which is a month from now what will happen to my car. Full comprehensive with churchill is a joke.
