very bad experience still waiting for the job to be completed by Churchill I reported on 15th April 2022 Pennyjames and Neilchurchill so called ceo are hiding when customer claims both of them are interested only in grabing people's money. I shall not let them get away with our hard earning money no way. this is a disabled home and they give us so much stress and harrassment. Penny james if you are not capable to provide the service then refund our money because I shall not let you Pennyjames to get away with my money and hiding so refund our money. the most liar/cheater insirance I have come across. Refuse to provide Home Emergency cover

Churchill refuse to provide home emergency service for a boiler warning light. My Home Plus enhanced policy clearly states that Hot Water system is covered - with no exceptions/statements. When I called for service to fix the hot water due to ignition warning - Churchill said I was not covered due to no service on the boiler in 12-18 months! I asked for where the statement is in my Policy - as I have the policy open and in front of me. But Churchill could not provide the statement. I asked to speak to a manager or raise the issue - but was transferred to Home Emergency - the same line I was on! I have had no call back or follow up from Churchill! Ridiculous and poor! Had two severe water leaks in the garden. Churchill arranged everything. The contractors were quick, efficient and left the garden as good as it was before. (even replanting some shrubs) Reviewed on: 15th October 2024

Reviewing insurance is difficult to do comprehensively unless you've made a claim. We've had insurance with Churchill for many years, but have never claimed. Thus, I can say my experience renewing and contacting them has been fine. Though I hate their "administration fee" for policy amendments. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024

I wanted a quote for a landowner insurance. They offered the best price. I felt reassured that they have a great reputation too. I initially bought the policy, but realised I bought the wrong one and they promptly let me refund with no issues! Reviewed on: 25th May 2024
