Friendly atmosphere, good informal advice with no pressure to buy products. Community led service for area with focus on people. Only one negative, could there be a late night opening until 4pm as difficult to get to in new hours, having to go to other areas which is not so good. Reviewed on: 31st July 2025

Would prefer paper forms to reinvest rather than online or branch due to age. Savings Direct could not give instructions either. Happy with branch just difficult to get to. Reviewed on: 31st July 2025
