IT glitch resolved

Experienced an IT glitch which took a week for Darlington to resolve but I was kept informed and they honoured the interest rate I'd originally applied for. Excellent customer service from Jonathan, Maureen and others, I will keep an eye out for other competitive rate investment products from you. Well done and thank you. Reviewed on: 21st October 2025
