We are about to come to the end of our 25 year mortg...

We are about to come to the end of our 25 year mortgage. Some years ago we came into financial difficulty and all the worry that brings. The meetings and discussions we had made life so much easier, the staff were brilliant. They did not judge and just helped us decide what was best for us. Excellent support from outside the UK

Very helpful and understanding

It's ok .But staff need to learn politeness& C Service.

It's ok . Regularly get updates which is good . Spoke over the phone 2 times didn't find them polite. My mortgage ws/is 6.89 % which ridiculous but at the time interest was rising by Bank of England every other week Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
