I have been with Darlington building society since August 2020 and I have always received excellent service. Darlington gave me a mortgage when other lenders wouldn’t. I recently had to speak to Darlington and the 2 officers I dealt with were very helpful. Although they couldn’t solve the problem they gave me information to investigate different avenues.
