We have dealt with Ann Walpole on many occasions with this being the latest. We find Ann to be a lovely lady who has the knack of mixing humour with business which we think is the best ingredient that Darlington Building Society can achieve from their staff. On our latest business she was able to direct us in the right direction all of the way. Filling forms and dealing with legal documents is not something that we do every day and Ann was there to give us all the guidance and support that we needed which made the whole experience less stressful. To add further comment everytime that we contact Darlington Building Society we find all of the staff to be very pleasant and always willing to forward messages to Ann when she is dealing with other clients.
