Very easy measured approach was taken by Ann when we discussed my mortgage change up. All questions were answered completely and lots of options offered. We have been with Darlington Building Society for several years - across 3 consecutive homes. Every time the mortgage process was great. Customer service is second to none and Paula who dealt with our latest purchase has been so helpful. She has that excellent blend of professionalism and getting the business completed but also very friendly and personable! We had speedy responses and lots of help throughout. Paula advised us on products in a non biased way and answered our questions that enabled us to choose the right mortgage product.
